Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only if the item is packed, unopened, and unused.

Returns will be accepted only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a wrong item

  • The product is expired at the time of delivery

Opened, used, or unsealed coffee and tea products are not eligible for return.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only for eligible packed items after verification by our support team.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or used products

  • Unpacked or unsealed items

  • Products purchased on sale or promotion

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Exchange Policy

We may offer an exchange instead of a refund if:

  • The item is packed and unopened

  • The product was damaged or incorrect

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only before shipment.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be allowed.

How to Request a Return or Refund

To request a return, exchange, or refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the packed product (if damaged or incorrect)

  • Reason for return
